Editing showgroups.php

As you can see from http://www.zeldauniverse.net/forums/showgroups.php?, this thing needs some customization. Or reordering. Whatever you'd like to call it.

I'd like to fix it up so that Webmasters appear at the top, followed by Administrators, then Super Mods, Global mods, and finally Moderators. I don't have much, or any, experience in editing showgroups, so if anyone knows how to do this, that'd be awesome and I thank you kindly.
