Change the Display Order in the ACP
 

Ok, so I've added some hacks from vB.org and I cannot figure out where I need to edit to get the ACP boxes to go where I want them to. Before 3.5 I could edit an "include" file, or maybe it was just "admincp/index.php" and I could re-order them based on their HTML/PHP in the file itself. I cannot seem to do this anymore and would like to know where this can be edited in 3.5 since that it what I am using now. I have included a screenshot for reference. Thanks in advance! ^^

I assume that the Hacks you got installed come with Beta 3 compatible cpnav_xxx.xml Files.
You can just edit them to adjust displayorder to suit your needs, and/or take a look here
