Donate to Red Cross in response to Hurricane Katrina in footer
For all those webmasters out there who perhaps don't have a portal and can't fit a link in your header.
This is based on the default footer, which for most people is untouched. It places the link beside the copywrite text so the page is no expanded and people can see this link on EVERY PAGE.
Go to your footer template:
