Keywords high light and creat link

i know i am aiming high here but is there any way this can be done keywords high lighted and created to url i have seen it somewhere.
reason i am asking is lets say you find a sponsor who chooses keywords on your forums so when ever some one makes a post which contain those keywords url is created for sponsor site.
