Safest version to mod with?
I would love to upgrade to the new 3.5 vbulletin version, but feel that I need to go with the most stable version of the script. Reason being is that I will be installing several mods, two of which are my own private mods. I don't think I'll be able to upgrade due to the amount of code that will be added to the php documents.
So my questions is: What would be the safest version to go with in order to not require an upgrade? |
the only stable verions are 3.0.x and 2.x currently. 3.0.x is what i would choose until 3.5 goes stable.

You should try to implement your Modifications as Plugins in vBulletin 3.5.
In most cases this should be possible to a great extent. |
