Certain Styles To Be Used By Certain Usergroups
 
What I am looking for is to create a new usergroup, which I can do, but...

I want to be able to create new styles that can only be used by certain usergroups. What I want to do is give certain features such as new styles to people that donate money to the site., or new smilies only to certain usergroups.

I currently use vb 3.5 RC 2, and will upgrade as new releases come out.

Kirby has it done. He's just waiting for a hook to be added so that it can be released as a plugin and not as a code mod.
