Gender sections

Hey
i am looking for a mod that will allow me to make genders PRIVATE sections

so if they have selected there gender as "FEMALE" then they can see the FEMALE section and post there but if they are "MALE" then they cant

and just an extra security system {if possible} tht wll allow them to select there gender only ONCE and then they can not change it..they will have to ask the ADMIN to change it if they made a mistake before :d
