Birthday Benefits

Hi,

I'd like a hack where I could give members some cool things for their birthdays (and only for that day). Mainly I just want to give them a custom style that I've specified as the "Happy Birthday" smile. Chen made a hack similar to this for vB2 although I just tested it and it screwed my templates entirely, so I'd prefer not to have to spend another hour fixing them if I used a 3.5.0 hack. :)

Anyone up for this? ;)
