Why doesn't this page look like the rest of my forum?
 
http://www.ureside.com/forums/cities.php? i dont know why it doesn't have the same look as the rest, completely different, just plain text :( what makes it do that?


and why do i have to have a "?" at the end of the address for it to show up at all?!
