Calendar: Event auto-generates thread

For any given calendar, that day's event(s) can selectively autogenerate a new thread in a designated forum.

Each event given this permission would generate a new thread.

The title/body of the event becomes the title/body of the first post.

Ideally, the thread is generated on the day of the event.

Does that mean it needs to be tied into chron or Scheduled Task Mgr?
