problems
 
im having problems gettin the ucash and ushop unto my site and it keeps saying you dont have permission what is going on cuz i really want this hack

PS It is illegal to run without a valid license. Pirat copies of vBulletin (including yours) have known backdoors that the official product don't have.

I suggest you upgrade your board to an official version ASAP.
