How do I: place an ad banner on my board "INSIDE OF THE BORDER"

Where and How do I go into the admincp and place an ad banner on my board "INSIDE OF THE BORDER" on the right hand side?

see RapMusic see the way they have ads aligned to the forums, but inside of the border instead of on the outside?
