Easier giving repuation popup?

Any chance someone could make the reputation popup look like this:

http://www.wordforge.net/gallery/files/8/rep.jpg

It would make giving the correct repuation easier :)

The relevent template is reputationbit which reads:

PHP Code:

<tr>
    <
td class="thead">$vbphrase[add_to_reputation]: <span style="font-weight:normal">$userinfo[username]</span></td>
</
tr>
<
tr>
    <
td class="panelsurround" align="center">
    <
form action="reputation.php" method="post">
    <
div class="panel">
        <
div align="$stylevar[left]">

        <
fieldset class="fieldset">
            <
legend><phrase 1="$userinfo[username]">$vbphrase[what_do_you_think_of_xs_post]</phrase></legend>
            <
table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="$stylevar[formspacer]border="0">
            <
tr>
                <
td>
                    <
div><label for="rb_reputation_pos"><input type="radio" name="reputation" value="pos" id="rb_reputation_pos" checked="checked" />$vbphrase[i_approve]</label></div>
                    <if
condition="$show['negativerep']"><div><label for="rb_reputation_neg"><input type="radio" name="reputation" value="neg" id="rb_reputation_neg" />$vbphrase[i_disapprove]</label></div></if>
                </
td>
            </
tr>
            <
tr>
                <
td>

$vbphrase[your_comments_on_this_post]:<br />
                    <
input type="text" class="bginput" size="40" maxlength="250" name="reason" />
                </
td>
            </
tr>
            </
table>
        </
fieldset>

        </
div>
    </
div>

    <
div style="margin-top:$stylevar[cellpadding]px">
        <
input type="hidden" name="do" value="addreputation" />
        <
input type="hidden" name="p" value="$postid/>
        <
input type="submit" class="button" value="$vbphrase[add_to_reputation]accesskey="s" />
    </
div>
    </
form>
    </
td>
</
tr

However I don't know enough about how these forms process to have a button both select the option and submit in one click :/
