Then the update process might be backlogged (heppens from time to time).
The only thing I could advise is to check back in a few Hours.

You're email on here, has to match the exactly, to the email you registered when you bought the license.

Please note that the mail address is case sensitive and should be a 100% match of the owner mail used for your license or any of the 3 technical mail addresses.
