importing from other homemade forum : user panel not showing
 

I've created a script to import users/threads and topics from another homemade forum (impex don't work in this case). Everything works well except the user panel not showing on the post view (only the username is showing without any link, join date, number of post...). Something like if the user(userid) was not in the database.
I checked evertything and even the public profile is showing for everyone. Only the showthread.php script don't show anything.
I have tried to update counter from the admin CP without any success.
An idea ?

Run all Update Counter scripts, including the Fix Broken Profiles
