Link opening in a new window

I'm sure this is basic!

I have a radio on my site and I would like the link to automatically open up in a new brower window. Here is my link:

http://forums.usfkclassifieds.com/radio.blog?autoplay=1

What do I modify to make it open in a new window?

Add a 'target="_blank"' to the tag.
