Allowing more smilies to be posted.

It seems while posting in the threads you can only add a certain number of images, or smilies. If you put too many it says that the administrator needs to allow for this. How does one go about allowing a lot of smilies to be put in a particular posting? Thanks.

Maximum Images Per Post/Signature
When a new post is submitted or a signature is edited vBulletin will check the number of images and smilies in the text and reject it if the number is greater than the value specified here.

This affects Images and Smilies, but he want's to deal Smilies separately - at least that is how I understood it?
