I'm basically trying to add a song (audio) to the current homepage with the lightning www.powerbuilding.net Or maybe like a windows media screen on it playing a video

If you look at the source off the page you can basically see how it's done...it's just a html page with an embedded flash object...a google search for 'embedding audio' will help you as well...
