Search Problem at vbulletin.org
I have been trying to search for a mod but everytime I put in the keywords I get a 404 error page. I am searching for "Post on every page" or Post every page. keep getting same error. Please help.

Common words like 'mod', 'hack', and 'page' are the reason for this error. Simply put we've outgrown the searchindex and that is the cause of the 404 errors.
For now you'll just have to work around it, we plan on getting this fixed when we upgrade to version 3.5. |
I'm getting the 404 errors, too, for some reason. What did you do different, Kirby?
|
Actually I've searched for "First Post", Thread titles only.
But I can also search for "every Page" in Posts without Problems. |

It's a recurring problem, as per post by Brad above.

Don't search on the word 'post'
|
I can't search from the navbar, and searches from search.php timeout for me- it just started earlier today.
