subscription gives access to post X thread(s) in special forum

im looking to make my subscription allow users to post X amount of threads in a forum. say a user buys two credits at $40 then their subscription will give them access to post two threads in a forum,, edit threads, delete and remake threads until their sub runs out. when expired their threads are removed (or hidden) and access is revoked.
