users "lost" cash, any way to track where it went?
 

What version of uCS are you using? 0.95c
What vB version are you running? 3.0.5
What is the exact error you recieve?
Where does the supposed error happen?

Several users have reported that they "lost" cash, i.e. that they now have less than before without any apparent reason. Is there any way to track what happened to their points, some kind of cash flow statement that shows incoming and outgoing points?

I have the same problem at my boards with the same version... they put cash into the bank and it disappears..

THen somthing is wrong with your setup.. it just doesn't happen under normal situtations

I've had this reported by users as well, it just happens with small amount of points...users that are banking 1 or 2 points...might be a calculation difference...

i dont think it disappear. try ask them to go back to the main bank page... it will update the amount.

one user just told me they lost 50 units of cash. any ideas where to look?

Ive had the same problems... and the bank sometimes just going negative when they pull funds...
