navbar customization

Does someone have a guide to customize the navbar look? like how can I use a custom image/navbar that someone has drawn?

here's a pic to better explain what I'm talking about.

The picture didn't help much... but you can change the header image through your AdminCP Style Manager. If you want to change the look of your navbar just edit the navbar template.
