E-Mails or PM's on usergroup join requests And usergroup accept/denys
 
Hello. One of my forums relys heavly on the usergroup joining request system that vbulletin has built into it. I would like this system to email/pm the group leaders of the group in which the join request is in. If there is no group leaders then it PM's/emails admins.

Also when a user is accepted or denyed from the group, an email/pm is sent to them saying if they were accepted or denyed.
