Help with conditionals...

I have non-vb pages linked to my forums using this

$mypagename

This page contains rankings for specific forums...

I'm trying to figure out how to call specific user id's using conditionals

can someone please give me an example of how to do this?

for example

Top Five Sigs
1 User1
2 User2
3 So on and so forth...
