admincp display error, help! -photo attached-

1 Attachment(s)
when admin cp loads everything comes up. the blue background, the options on the left, but nothing in the body!

if you click on an option in the left, it either does not come up, or opens in a new window instead of loading in the body section of the page like it is supposed too. I have looked everywhere for a fix, and I simply cannot figure out what i did wrong. Can anyone help me?

here is the admincp index.php code....

Code removed by Boofo as you can't post full vb files in posts.

can anyone duplicate or repair this problem?! my problem is that I installed the STOCK index.php and it STILL did the same thing after clearing all cookies and etc.

screen shot of how it is displaying....

What mods have you installed that affect the Admin CP's appearence or features? The problem may not necessarily lay in the index.php file.

Well I have since overwritten every single file in the admincp directory and everything seems to be working fine, so whatever it was, it was in there. All of our mods are intact, but the ability to modify them is gone. I'm going to go through one by one and figure out what change created this issue. If I find it I'll let you know, someone else is bound to have the same problem....
