Is there anyway to do this cleanly??? just the big box above the notes box...Thanks!

I believe he is trying to get rid of the box that says "There is an update for vBulletin" box that is above the ADMINCP notes. Like say you have 3.0.3..there is a box above the notes saying download 3.0.8 here.
