Online Refreshes N Makes People Login Again!
 

i don't know what happened at first the site was goin proper! but now...after say 30 mins the site will refresh kick everyone offline so they have to login again!

i have a hacks installed that might be the problem.
- the hack that displays Total Users in The Last 24hrs. [x members n y guests]
- my cookie refresh was set to 900. the vb default
- maybe the board times.. i tried changing to a different timezone
than thats when i started noticing the problem!

*also a couple times i have recieved a mysql database error .. refresh & it loads the website with everything still functioning proper, the only thing was that i had to login again & my members online dropped from 20 members to 3 members :ermm: this happened both times i tried entering a link on my website
once going into a thread, the other when i clicked home!*

my members are complaining so i'm trying to get this fixed ASAP as my site is only on its 3rd day... so any help rite now would be greatly appreciated!

anybody i've been having this problem for 2 days now..........

some of my members said that the error occurs mostly while playing the arcade, that they'll finish a game.. than they get logged out & the skin switches to DEFAULT VB even though i do not have it enabled for members & they can only see 3 forums.. until they sign in again than everything is normal

but he's not sure where to find the fix for this!!!! so if ANYONE ON HERE can help me out i would appreciate it!!!

i've had this problem for like 2 weeks now, an i'm getting no Help on how to fix it :(
my members are starting to get fed up, with getting logged out every 20 minutes n having to re-log in again! it gets really annoying if your in the middle of posting (specially Battles) cuz i own a hiphop/emcee forum. some people are about to post a reply/new thread
n they got logged out n are forced to sign in again, an lost whatever they were trying to post!!

*some members claim they get a "there appears to be a slight problem with you vbulletin database" message but i havent seen it yet!* if i do i will post it in this thread

If you have to log in again, this means that you don't have the necessary cookies set.
Check if they get unset somewhere.

Also, which DB errors do you get exactly?

i never catch the error page.. that shows the vB database error, just members ahd been PM'ing me asking if i was doing hacks! i said no lol//// than they brought that to my attention that they recieve that error!!!

i will try n get, also how can i check my cookie settings!

You should get eMails when there are DB Errors ...

those are where the errors where found! everytime i seem to get those appearing in the logs, thats around the same times i get logged off.. those last 2 were right when i got logged off i went into my cpanel n got them! so maybe now we can trace this problem easier!!!!!

Should i Post What I Have In both those Files in Here? Or Should I PM them To You Kirby?

Start with creating a new Style with no parent. Then try if you can get this error using the new Style.

i encountered that, refreshed to find myself logged out & all my members too, do you think you can help me find & fix this, as my members are getting quite annoyed of it.. since its been happenin for 3 weeks since we opened! let me know.. thanks
