PLEASE HELP! Need to create dynamic dropdown forum list for the navbar

Hi,

I really need everyones help here. I want to create a new dropdown in my navbar that says "Create New Post".

Then the user clicks, I want them to get a full list of all forums so they can choose which one they want to create a new topic in.

Can someone help me with this? Is there an easy way to dynamically create a list of all forums to choose from?

I want this to act just like the "Quick Links" dropdown in the navbar now.
