Username HTML Markup

I have read some tuts on how to change the color of the usergroups name. Such as admin, but my user name still wont change color. this is what I have:

1st box: <font style="color:#FBEC02;">
2nd box: </font>

Am I doing somthing wrong? or is there somthing special I have to do to get it to change?

I have searched everywhere on here and found many people asking the same question but none of the instructions seem to work. :ermm:

Do I leave the 2nd box with: </font> because it still doesn't change my username color on the "currently active user" section. I thought this would be easy.

Yes, you would put </font> in the second box. ;)

I have done all of the above and my name is still white. Here is my site. www.sonaf.com/forums

and my user name is: [SONAF]CHIEF-GOA

I just figured it out. If you had a "primary usergroup" and a "display usergroup" you have to only use primary usergroup. I have Ranks on the forums and I am Administrator by default but display usergroup shows a General of the Army avatar, so I have Admin as my primary and GOA as my display user group. dont know it that makes sense.

Thank you LiveWire for your time. I posted what I was doing wrong on the post obove this one. I guess I just have to get rid of the "display usergroup" to use it.

Logikos 08-09-2005 06:33 PM

Glad you got it working. :)
