Thread title text formating
 
What do i do to get vb to allow thread titles to allow text formating?

I want to allow formatting like
PHP Code:
[B][COLOR=Red]* PLEASE READ FIRST  *[/COLOR][/B] 
to work in thread titles.

That is difficult, as the Title is being shown in many places ...

well i would settle for this only being seen in the forum with the other threads. i dont need it in the forum home or anywhere else.
