Help! I cant login to my admin panel! When i transfered my ipb to Vbulletin!
 

ok i was using impex to transfer my stuff over from my ipb 2.04 forum to vbulletin 3.0.8! So when i intalled vbulletin, it asked me to make a new username i guess for admin, So i did, i made it thrillz! then i tried logging into my admin account from ipb to vbulletin, which was hypnoticpimp! but password didnt work. So i emailed my password. and when i logged in, my hypnoticpimp didnt seem to have admin accesss on vbulletin only thrillz! So i thought the merge user option would work. so i merged thrillz into hypnoticpimp, and it said thrillz will be deleted! so i said, ok! and now i cant seem to login to my vbulletin admin.

I also changed the ID for admin access on the config.php file, to my hypnoticpimp id on vbulletin. how can i fix this!

you should probably contact official vbulletin support.

Somebody around here might. But, why wait for somebody who might know to volunteer to help you, when you have PAID for somebody at Jelsoft to help you?

EXACTLY... You can either go to www.vbulletin.com and log in to submit a ticket, you can email them at support@vbulletin.com , or you can call their live support number.

Upload tools.php to your admincp directory from the donotuplaod folder in your vB zip-file. Point your browser to it, and set the admin permissions for your new userid. Also make sure you set your userid (probably 2) as superadmin in the config.php.

Make sure you remove tools.php immediate after your finished.
