Manually merge posts (when not consecutive)?

hello all,

i'm looking for a way to merge posts (not threads), by a given user within a thread.. basically, i have a user who makes a point to reply to every post on my board, and ends up just saying the same thing over and over.. would love to be able to tick a few boxes and have all his posts within a thread merged into one, with the post count adjusted accordingly..

is this possible?
