CSS Outline Text

Is it possible ot outline text with CSS? I need to outline text in vbulletin and the variable I need ot change is the body variable. so in the CSS Editor on vbulletin I go to body and in the little box what do I type to outline the text, if this is possible.

Yes but it will only work with IE.

Use the glow effect.

LOL..In FireFox it's all normal but if you look at that page in IE you see all the effects.
