Make popup resizable?

Is there a way to get the popup window to be resizable instead of a fixed size?

Edit: Nevermind, just made it a plain old link with target="_blank" in the navbar template instead of the javascript.

The advantage of opening the chat window less than full size is that the the user can still see your forum underneath it. I think that being able to see the forum encourages the user to keep posting at times when chat is quite or boring (unimaginable!!)
