Unalterable Admins can edit themselves
There is a hack like this for 3.0.x but I can't seem to find the code that I needed to change in it so I'm guessing something different has to be done for 3.5.

I always thought the point of the unalterable admin was that in case somebody was able to log in as you, they could not zap your admin privs. If so, wouldn't this sort of negate that?

I guess I never thought of it being used that way, I always thought of it more as it just disallowed other admins from editing you. But it's been hacked for 3.0.x so obviously others besides me want it :D
