How can I change the default font size??

Hello every one,

I have a vbulletin 3.0.7 forum. How can I change the default font size in the replies from 2 to a bigger size. Also, how can I add more buttons to the quick reply????

To change the default font size, edit the Main CSS for the desired style and change the body font size from to something bigger.
