Extra profile option page

I need a hack that was designed for an early version of 3.0, but the source code has changed a bit in 3.5 to not make this hack valid anymore...

It basically gave the ability to add another profiles page on the user control panel. I need this to make some global settings for the rest of my website, and I want it to be a distinct page in the cpanel that is seperate from the rest of vbulletin's control panel. You can see what I am talkinga bout in the link above

Does anyone know of this hack from before or is it redone anywhere?
