Hacks to do this?

Hello,

Can you please tell me - how would I make a limit for the amount of time a moderator can ban for. I want moderators to be able to ban users for the amount of 3 weeks, and move users to a group called "idiot group" for upto 3 weeks.

Can anyone help me with this?
