Starting a new forum, need somebody to help me to design my header image.
 

Anyone here can help me to design a customised header image?

I mean the one that appear on the very top of the forum main page.

Anyone? I am willing to pay.

Also, I am currently choosing a suitable hosting for my new forum. Any recommendation? I am looking at 2000 members, 30-40 members online at any one time.
