General Features:
- Naming [ Can be used as tutorials, recipies or stories.]
- Index [ tutorials are found at www.tutorials.sitename.com ]
- Rating [ People can rate tutorials ]
- Commenting [ People can comment on tutorials ]
- Tutorials submitted by author in author's forum profile
- 2 types of tutorial [ Link tutorials, that redirect to 3rd party site and full hosted tutorials ]
- Uploads (50x50 icon) [ Everytime a member submits a tutorial he uploads 50x50 icon If there is no icon chosen a default icon will be used.]
- Top rated tutorials page [ Displays the 10 tutorials with highest rating ]
- Top viewed tutorials page [ displays the 10 tutorials with highest click count ]
- Reporting [ Members can report dead links or offensive crap ]
- Statistics Block [ Shows the count of tutorials / categories / sub-categories and tutorial views ]

Mod CP
- Dead Link panel [ Manage dead links, remove tutorials ]
- Manage Tutorials [ Manage / edit / delete tutorials from here ]
- Pending Panel [ Manage the tutorials that have yet to be aded to the database ]


Admin:
* Change tutorial icon from admincp
* Language files, (no hardcoded text)
* Sub-Categories [ Can add sub-categories ]
