Well i thought i would say nice to meet you all and goodbye, as some of you know us, and some of you purchased from us.

We feel that even thou its a short time on vBulletin, we come to love you all :)

But to be honest the amount of time we have left for our own personal life if now pretty much 0 now, and being the old man i am , its time i started to enjoy my time with my wife and 3 kids more.

So we have decised to close NBS, and place her up for sale.

Thanks again, i will still pop over to say hi when i am around.

Alright man, never really got a chance to meet you but I always liked some of your designs, great work. I understand about the personal family time thing, but its good to enjoy it while ya can.

I dont mean to mess up your thread or anything but the last time i was going to sell my old site i posted a thread similar to this one and it was deleted due tot he fact that the vb staff said it was "Self Advertisement" or something like that. So is there a special rule for this kind of thing? Does it only work on weekends or in certain times of the year?

His main purpose of this thread was to say that he wont be around for a while, I believe its fine, but thats up to a mod.

Now i feel like a d*** but i was just trying to proove a point and somehow understand how vb.org rules work because i see so many people get away with thigns others get scolded for.

Sometimes there are grey areas in rules, this one is a fine example of that, he mainly posted to say goodbye. Depending on how you look at it (and i know it shouldn't matter, but in reality maybe also in what mood someone is) you could see that link as advertisement or not. Moderators also don't see everything, we try to see as much as we can and make objective decissions, but a 100% score is not possible. Sometimes we also must depend on members being extra eyes and reporting posts.

I understand where your comming from, i to have been a moderator also, i haven't admined sites all my life lol. However, perhaps you guys can provide places where people can posts things like this?
