I know there is a Chat hack. But is there a hack for INDIVIDUAL chat. Her is what I mean.

1. When a member sees another member onlibne (shown by the online status in the profile or on the online list) he has the option for "individual chat"

2. A small chat window pops up and ONLY the two members have a private chat.

3. An option to ONLY be contacted by members on your buddy list

4. Option for oice capability / integration with Skype voice chat.

5. Option for webcam integration

It does not have to be complex! The problem with most message boards is that you either have to PM a user and wait for a reply, even though they are online or wait for them in the chat room. This will:

1. Cut down the wait time and useless PMs
2. Keep users on your site longer
3. Make your site more "sticky"

I know there are PAID versions of this, but a FREE hack would be great.
