how can I hard refresh the profile page

im modifying MEMBERINFO template, but its cached or something, how can I make it update?

im going crazy, isnt the MEMBERINFO template the profile page?

man I even assigned MEMBERINFO to $templatename and it doesnt work

ARGH i had memberinfo edited in another style
