flashchat: turning it off???

I posted this over at the flashchat support forum, but am getting no responses so I thought I'd try here...:)

I have flashchat integrated with vb 3.0.7 I'd like to only enable the chat room at certain times/days. I have not seen a way to turn it off via the flashchat cp...is there a way to integrate it into the usergroup manager to allow permissions to chat on the days that I want to allow it?
