compare hooks xml

this is just to compare two hooks_vbulletin.xml files to see the differences

- upload "compare_hooks_xml.php" to your admincp
- upload "cpnav_comparehooksxml.xml" to your includes/xml
- reload admincp, its under "utils"

just a heads up, [high]this doesnt work, read below[/high]
