Usertitle Defined by the Forum You Post Most In

I'm looking to make usertitles based on the forum inwhich you have the most posts in. For example...

User A has a total of 10 posts. 5 of those posts are in Forum A. 3 are in Forum B. And 2 are in Forum C. Would it be possible to make the user title say something like "I'm a Forum A Poster!" or whatever? If you have the same amount in two forums, it could go by last post or abc. Doesn't matter.

Just wondering if this would be possible for someone to make.

So, essentially, you want to know the forum that the user posts most in and have it available in the postbit?
