Can somebody point to me where it says...
 
Can somebody point to me where it says...what this hack can be used for?

Can it be used as an incentive for real world items if I wanted? Like if they get 20 posts, they can have a $5 gift card from a store? Or is it just for changing your user title to glowing?

I looked in the faq, the intro thread, but there is nothing about the UCash/UShop hack that explains what this does or what it can be used for.

Yes. Or if integrated with other scripts, it can be used to grant access based on those points... Actually, it is possible to make it work with gift certificates, but I am not sure how.
