These hacks are made but I can't find them

I can't use search function as it isn't working for me and I tried looking but musta missed them, anyone point me in direction for these 2 hacks pls?

1 - The one where in top left hand corner it says 'you are not registered please register'

2 - The 'hide' hack where it adds a hide option to the WYSIWYG editor.

I have seen the lockdown hack but Don't want that one, it's the hide hack I want, or know how to add it.

I don't understand the first one, I saw it for download before.

BTW I meant to put this in the VB3 section, sorry
