Ok i dont know how to explain it but I wanted to see if someone can link to me to a place that tells me how to do it.

Go to www.pbnation.com

you will see how they have a sidebar and a top bar for ads. Can someone please lead me or tell me how to do that to my forum so it looks even when adding the sidebar at the same time functions.
