Subscribe to DISTRIBUTION LIST

Hi guys,
I run a dsitribution list and members can subsribe to it by emailing an email address with SUBSCRIBE in subject field OR UNSUBSRIBE to leave the DL.

Can anyone here make a quick mod to for VB where a user can click to subsribe and unsubscribe from a dsitribution list??

I am sure this is a quick mod and I will REALLY appreciate if something like this can be made available to VB users as an addon.
